Job Description: As the HR Administrator at our Bengaluru location, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations efficiently and compliantly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring the smooth running of various HR procedures. By closely collaborating with the leadership team, you will contribute significantly to creating a positive employee experience within the organization. Your key responsibilities will involve maintaining employee records and HR databases accurately, assisting in recruitment processes and interview scheduling, coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding activities, contributing to the planning of employee engagement initiatives, and providing essential HR administrative support as needed. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative positions, possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, be familiar with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools, and exhibit a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
