As a Human Resource & Administration Associate at PR Flexmake Private Limited (P+caRe), a medical device company specializing in Orthopaedic Aids, Rehabilitation Products, Walking & Mobility Aids, you will be responsible for various key functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Attendance System, Leave Management, Recruitment, and handling Labour & security contract management. Additionally, you will oversee the overall Housekeeping management of the office, shop floor, and surroundings to maintain a clean and organized work environment. In your role, you will be expected to develop and enforce HR, Travel, and other required policies to ensure compliance with regulations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as managing stationery, coordinating guest visits, internet usage, and grievance handling. Furthermore, you will be involved in Business Development activities, including generating enquiries and leads, along with other tasks assigned by the management. Your support will be crucial in handling order workings, coordinating dispatches, and maintaining the Customers/Doctor database. As part of the team at PR Flexmake Private Limited (P+caRe), you will be required to adapt to various tasks assigned by the management from time to time, showcasing flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
