We are looking for both freshers and experienced individuals with 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, regardless of gender. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include managing Primary & Secondary sales, working both in the healthcare field and back office based on the management's plan. You will be tasked with identifying new leads through social media platforms and establishing connections with customers, be it B2B or B2C, on a national and global scale. Your role will involve independently handling business transactions, conducting brand marketing and product promotion activities in hospitals and NGOs through events, health camps, and large-scale partnerships. You will also be expected to propose innovative business development strategies and execute them post-approval from the management. In addition to sales & marketing, business development, and brand promotion, you will be responsible for generating sales by engaging with various customers such as hospitals, orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, gynecologists, gyms, medical stores, sports clubs, and retailers. Collaboration with distributors and wholesalers in your designated region will also be a part of your duties.
