Job Responsibilities:

Research training needs, develop and optimize annual/monthly training plans, and establish training management systems.

    • Conduct training needs surveys across factory departments, develop and optimize annual/quarterly training plans, and establish training management systems.

Responsible for new employee onboarding training and professional skills training for each department, coordinating internal and external trainers.

Evaluate the training effectiveness through methods such as questionnaires and assessments, organize feedback, and propose improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements:

1.Language Proficiency

    • Have basic Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to independently conduct Chinese training (preferably with HSK4 certificate); be fluent in English/Hindi, and be able to communicate and write documents proficiently.

2.Education & Major

    • Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Linguistics or related fields preferred.

3.Work Experience

    • 3 years of training-related experience, with experience in manufacturing or cross-cultural training preferred, and understanding of factory operation processes.
