Job Description

Human Resource Trainee

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and learning about HR processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing training and development programs
Support payroll and benefits administration processes
Help with HR compliance and documentation
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Basic understanding of HR practices is a plus
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Team-oriented and adaptable to changing tasks
