Job Description

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within tight timelines.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and internal database.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and trackers regularly.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Stay updated on latest technology trends and market movements in the IT recruitment industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3.5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (contract/permanent staffing).
Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and terminologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
Recruitment experience in both domestic and international markets is a plus.
