Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

Identify and source candidates using various channels, including job portals,

social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for

specific roles.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.

2. Candidate Management

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview

preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation.

Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking

System (ATS).

3. Market Research and Strategy

Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Contribute to the development of recruitment plans and strategies.

4. Reporting and Compliance

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate,

and candidate satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with employment laws and

regulations.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms,

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Role & responsibilities
