Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Professional (All HR Roles)

Location: UAE (Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi)

Experience: 3- 8 years

Industry: Open to all sectors

Interview Mode: Mandatory face-to-face interviews in Dubai (travel expenses covered by the employer).

Relocation: Candidates must be open to relocating to UAE.

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred.

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Human Resources professionals to support comprehensive HR functions and contribute to a strong, people-driven culture. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and day-to-day HR processes with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, on boarding).
Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS data.
Support payroll inputs and monthly HR operations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Assist in drafting HR policies and internal process documentation.

Requirements

3-8 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of labour laws & HR best practices.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is an advantage.
