Job Description:
Seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment & full employee lifecycle
• Manage onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination
• Implement HR policies and compliance procedures
• Support performance reviews & training programs
• Resolve employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities
• Maintain HRMS data and prepare HR reports
Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR
•. 3-5 yrs HR experience
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience with HRMS systems preferred
