Maintain and manage the LMS Data entry/verification for attendance capture/Learning session creation Manage learning mailboxes and respond to queries. Support Virtual Trainings on Virtual Delivery Platforms. Oversee the delivery of virtual training sessions and provide required technical advice and instructions, initiating technology checks with Virtual Instructors and other presenters to ensure functionality. Qualifications Required: 1-3 years of work experience in HR Operations domain Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel Good client management and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills Teaming skills
