Role Description

Full-time, on-site role in Anekal, Bangalore. Develop recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring for technical/sales/operational roles, source candidates, conduct interviews, manage job portals and agencies, track recruitment metrics, and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategy expertise (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and ATS systems
• Full-cycle recruitment experience for technical and operational roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of HR policies and labor laws
• Employer branding and campus recruitment experience (Preferred)
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's with HR certifications
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics
