Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

    • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for site and corporate staff.
    • Coordinate manpower planning with Project Managers and Department Heads.
    • Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Maintain healthy employee relations at project sites and HO.
    • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts proactively.
    • Drive employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
  • Performance Management

    • Implement appraisal systems and performance evaluation processes.
    • Support training & development needs analysis and execution.
  • Payroll & Compliance

    • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
    • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, Labour Laws, etc.).
    • Maintain HRMIS and employee records.

Administration

  • Supervise site-level administration including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for admin support.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations at sites.
  • Manage asset and inventory records for office and project sites.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, guest house, and other company facilities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    HR / Business Administration

    (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in HR & Admin

    (mandatory in Construction / Real Estate industry).
  • Strong knowledge of

    labour laws, compliance, and payroll systems

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites/projects and travel as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and documentation.
