Key Responsibilities: - Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting and onboarding - Manage and update employee records and documentation - Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and virtual events - Support performance appraisal, training & development initiatives - Maintain internal HR databases, generate reports - Participate in HR projects, research HR trends and policies Qualifications Required: - Recently completed bachelor/master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Technology/engineering graduates interested in pursuing an HR career in the Tech Industry are also encouraged to apply - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace tools, HR analytics tools, and MS Excel - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Additional Details: Synbrains Solutions is more than just a workplace; it is a hub where innovation meets purpose.
