Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Gencosys in Lucknow. The intern will be involved in day-to-day HR activities, including HR management, policy implementation, and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management
• Familiarity with creating and implementing employee benefits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
