Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operations.
Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (Pursuing/Completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in learning HR functions and processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player.
