JOB TITLE : HR - SENIOR EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE : 6 - 8 YEARS SALARY : 4 LPA 5 LPA LOCATION : CHENNAI GENDER : ONLY FEMALE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees and management. Demonstrate strong drafting skills for preparing HR-related documentation such as memos, policies, and reports. Have hands-on experience in managing employee welfare programs and ensuring employee well-being. Ensure effective implementation of performance appraisal processes. Coordinate the exit process, handling employee resignations and confirmation. Assist in the disciplinary action process as required.
