We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily administrative operations and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office. Key Responsibilities: Strong drafting skills, including the ability to prepare office notes, memos, and other official communications. Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars as needed. Supporting in administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
