Job Description

The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes in a startup environment and can take complete ownership of people operations.

Candidate -

Highly enthusiastic and committed individuals with 2+ years of extensive experience in hiring, payroll and compliance activities
Candidates are expected to be meticulous, thorough and well organized. They should be quick learners and have an excellent work ethic
Candidates are expected to possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral English

Responsibilities -

Manage end-to-end hiring: screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees
Coordinator for all matters related to Labor Law, Employees' State Insurance (ESI), and Employees' Provident Fund (EPF).

Additional skills -

Excellent English language skills and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) or Google Docs.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with payroll tools (Saral Pay pack / Zoho , Tally etc) will be an advantage
