Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Operations -

Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team
Manage HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Promote a positive and compliant work culture across sites and offices
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
Coordinate audits and maintain statutory registers and records
Support compliance for site-based employees and contract labor
Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation
Assist in training coordination and employee development initiatives
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance, and compliance
Analyze HR data to support management decisions

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist role
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure industry preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site-based workforce
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll coordination
