• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
• Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks  Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation
• Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
• Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
