With constant technological advancements, HR designs and delivers programs for continuous learning and reskilling employees to work with new machinery and automated systems, ensuring the workforce remains adaptable.
Employee and Labor Relations:
HR manages day-to-day employee relations, resolving grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and implementing initiatives to boost engagement and retention, especially important in high-attrition manufacturing environments.
Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Planning:
