Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Manage and administer the HRMS software system. Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with HR staff to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance. Customize HRMS functionalities to meet organizational needs. Generate reports and analyze HR data for decision-making purposes. Conduct training sessions for staff on HRMS usage. Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend system improvements. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations. Assist in the integration of HRMS with other organizational systems. Participate in the implementation of new HR initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in HRMS administration or similar role. Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. Proficiency in HRMS software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HRMS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Certification in HR technology (optional, but preferred).
