Human Resource Business Partner

Pragma Edge is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, drive employee engagement, manage HR operations, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Manage performance management, goal setting, appraisals, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable Indian labor laws.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee employee onboarding, exit formalities, and other HR operations.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to support business decisions.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and Indian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
• Hands-on experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience supporting IT or technology teams is preferred.
