Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resource Associate/Executive Assistant at Prasanna Law Chambers. The role is on-site and located in Noida. The day-to-day tasks include assisting the founder/owner with daily operations, planning, managing calendar, reply to emails, case management, attendance and time management and facilitating effective communication within the team. Hiring the right talent for the team and the role also involves providing executive personal assistance and support to the founder/owner of the firm and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Executive Assistant/Secretary
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Experience in a legal firm or related industry is a plus
