Job Description

School HR / Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and staff records
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documentation
Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with school policies and statutory requirements
Support school leadership in staff performance tracking and internal coordination
Manage front office administration, parent communication, and official correspondence
Coordinate with academic and non-academic staff for events, meetings, and school activities
Maintain admission records, student data, and administrative documentation
Ensure discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct within the school premises

Requirements:

Graduate / Post-graduate in HR, Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a school or educational institution preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
