Role Overview: You will be a crucial part of the People Analytics team at Goldman Sachs, responsible for translating complex HCM data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to influence talent strategies, workforce planning, and optimization through data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. - Analyze HCM data across talent processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate insights and influence strategic decision-making. - Provide data-driven insights to support stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle. - Collaborate with different teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for talent outcomes and resource allocation. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of HCM reporting dashboards and tools. - Coordinate with teams on headcount projections for capacity planning, location strategy, and budgeting. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of post-MBA experience, preferably from top-tier consulting backgrounds. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior executives. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical modeling. - Extensive experience with large datasets and HRIS systems. - Experience in compensation and reward analytics, executive compensation, and regulatory disclosures is a plus. - Ability to think strategically and craft compelling narratives from data. - Strong project management skills and effective prioritization abilities. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,
