In this role within the People Analytics team, your primary responsibility will be to drive data-informed talent decisions across the organization. You will use your analytical skills and storytelling abilities to translate complex HCM data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, such as Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, and the Executive Office. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various teams to influence talent strategies throughout the employee lifecycle, impacting areas such as capacity planning, budgeting, and headcount strategy. This position presents a unique opportunity to shape workforce planning and optimization by providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. - Conducting in-depth analysis of HCM data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. - Developing compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate insights effectively and influence strategic decision-making. - Providing data-driven insights to support stakeholders at every stage of the employee lifecycle. - Collaborating with different teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that optimize talent outcomes. - Contributing to the development and maintenance of HCM reporting dashboards and tools. - Coordinating with relevant teams on headcount projections for various purposes. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4-6 years of post-MBA experience, preferably from a top-tier consulting background. - Demonstrated analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience in presenting to senior executives. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques like SQL, Excel, and statistical modeling. - Extensive experience in working with large datasets and HRIS systems. - Knowledge in compensation and reward analytics, executive compensation, and regulatory disclosures is advantageous. - Ability to think strategically and craft compelling narratives from data. - Strong project management skills and effective prioritization abilities. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
