HubSpot Implementation Associate Job Title: HubSpot Implementation Associate Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HubSpot Implementation Associate to join our MarTech team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, onboarding, customization, and support of HubSpot solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing HubSpot solutions, HubSpot Onboardings, CRM setup and management, marketing automation, and lead management. Customize and configure HubSpot modules to align with client requirements. Conduct data migration, lead segmentation, and workflow automation within HubSpot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other platforms. Provide support in resolving client queries related to HubSpot usage and best practices. Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, marketing trends, and industry best practices. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CRM, Inbound Marketing, or any other relevant HubSpot Academy certifications) are highly preferred. Any previous professional work experience is a plus. Any HubSpot relevant work experience is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and marketing technologies. Associate level proficiency in using Hubspot. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Work Ethic: Eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
