Role Overview: You will be a HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist at WebGuruz Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Mohali district. Your primary responsibility will be to manage HubSpot CRM implementations, conduct needs assessments, configure and customize the CRM platform to meet client-specific requirements, train users, and provide ongoing support. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and maximize CRM effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HubSpot CRM implementations - Conduct needs assessments - Configure and customize the CRM platform to meet client-specific requirements - Train users on using the CRM system effectively - Provide ongoing support to clients - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and maximize CRM effectiveness Qualification Required: - Strong analytical skills and project management experience - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially HubSpot - Sales experience or working knowledge of sales processes - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field - Experience in IT Services or Digital Marketing industries is a plus,
