Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist with WebGuruz Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in the Mohali district. Your primary responsibility will involve managing HubSpot CRM implementations, conducting needs assessments, configuring and customizing the CRM platform to meet client-specific requirements, training users, and providing ongoing support. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration and maximize CRM effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HubSpot CRM implementations - Conduct needs assessments - Configure and customize the CRM platform to meet client-specific requirements - Train users on HubSpot CRM - Provide ongoing support to clients - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and maximize CRM effectiveness Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills and project management experience - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially HubSpot - Sales experience or working knowledge of sales processes - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field - Experience in IT Services or Digital Marketing industries is a plus,
