Job Title: HubSpot CRM Consultant Location: Noida, Faridabad, Nagpur, Pune Job Type: Full-time Work Mode : Work from office (Mon -Fri) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HubSpot CRM Consultant to join our team. As a HubSpot CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing, implementing, and managing HubSpot CRM solutions for clients, helping them achieve their business goals and improve customer relationship management. This is a client-facing role where you will be working closely with teams to tailor and customize HubSpot CRM to meet specific business needs. Key Responsibilities: HubSpot CRM Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of HubSpot CRM, ensuring smooth integration with client systems and ensuring best practices are followed. Consulting and Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and tailor HubSpot CRM configurations, automation, reporting, and dashboards to fit their specific needs. Training and Support: Provide hands-on training sessions for client teams, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use HubSpot CRM. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues. Process Optimization: Analyse business workflows and recommend process improvements through the use of HubSpot tools like sales pipelines, lead nurturing workflows, and email automation. Data Analysis and Reporting: Build custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot CRM to track key metrics, identify insights, and enable clients to make data-driven decisions. Ongoing Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued success with HubSpot CRM. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional HubSpot products and services. Qualifications: Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM consultant or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HubSpots tools and features (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub). Experience with CRM implementations, data migrations, and integrations with third-party applications. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, as well as business development. Experience with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, email campaigns, reporting, and automation. Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels. HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Partner Certification, HubSpot Inbound Certification) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with data analytics and reporting tools. Experience with integrating HubSpot CRM with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic customization.
