Role Overview

Hub Incharge Prime Large

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage
large hub operations
handling high-volume shipments.
Supervise
Delivery Associates (DAs), Fleet Owners, and Hub Staff
to ensure operational efficiency.
Drive
on-time dispatches, pickups, and deliveries
with adherence to SLAs & TAT.
Plan and monitor
load, routes, and vehicle utilization
for productivity optimization.
Ensure compliance with
Shadowfax policies, safety standards, and process guidelines
.
Monitor
operational KPIs
(SLA adherence, NDR, RTO %, cost per delivery, utilization).
Handle escalations, client requirements, and provide
timely resolutions
.
Maintain
documentation, invoicing, reconciliation, and hub MIS reporting
.
Drive
training, motivation, and retention
of manpower.
Coordinate with
Cluster/City Operations Managers
to ensure hub performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
logistics & large-scale last-mile operations
.
Proven
people management
and leadership skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in
Excel / MIS / data-driven reporting
.
Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / MBA in
Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
preferred.
5–8 years of experience
in logistics / e-commerce / large hub operations.
Prior experience in
managing high-load hubs / warehouses
is highly desirable.
