Hub Incharge Ecommerce & LastMile

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  day-to-day hub operations

  including inbound, outbound, and last-mile delivery.
• Monitor and ensure

  On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance

  , turnaround time, and delivery accuracy.
• Supervise

  hub staff, drivers, delivery associates, and supervisors

  to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee

  inventory management, stock accuracy, and warehouse discipline

  .
• Ensure proper utilization of

  WMS, TMS, and ERP systems

  for tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with

  transport vendors, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders

  for smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor and control

  operational costs

  while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety, security, and regulatory guidelines

  .
• Drive

  continuous improvement initiatives

  (Lean, Kaizen, process optimization).
• Prepare

  daily/weekly/monthly reports

  on operations performance and share with management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  logistics operations, warehousing, and distribution management

  .
• Proficiency in

  WMS, TMS, SAP, or other logistics management software

  .
• Excellent

  people management & leadership skills

  (team handling of 20100+).
• Analytical skills for

  data-driven decision making

  (Excel, MIS reporting, dashboards).
• Strong communication and

  vendor/stakeholder management

  abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in

  Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management

  (MBA preferred).

• 5–8 years

  of experience in logistics/warehousing, with at least

  2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role

  .
• Experience with

  e-commerce, FMCG, 3PL/4PL logistics, or distribution hubs

  is highly desirable.
• Certifications in

  Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management

  are a plus.
