As a member of the DBF team representing Audi and Volkswagen in the grand Sud-Ouest, you will play a crucial role in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction by upholding professional excellence and fostering innovation. The automotive dealership industry is evolving in response to social and environmental challenges, and you will be at the forefront of this transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage telephone communications with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency - Welcome and assist clients in a courteous and helpful manner - Direct customers to the appropriate contacts within the dealership - Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and quality indicators - Promote the company's image through positive interactions with clients - Organize events to engage customers and enhance their dealership experience - Assist various departments with administrative tasks, data entry, and formatting to support smooth operations Qualifications Required: - Successful previous experience as a receptionist or hostess, preferably in the automotive industry or similar service sectors such as tourism, hospitality, airport services, or administration - Dedication to providing high-quality service and creating a welcoming environment for customers - Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a friendly demeanor - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently - Comfortable interacting with clients and proficient in computer tools and office software This position is based in Mrignac and requires a commitment of 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
