Position Overview:

  • As an HT Panel Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing high-tension panels tailored for manufacturing units, ensuring both efficiency and safety standards. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, you'll integrate advanced features into designs, conduct thorough analyses, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation. Your role includes staying updated on industry trends, providing technical support, and coordinating with suppliers for component sourcing.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials for HT panel fabrication, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of HT panel designs and contribute to the overall success of manufacturing projects.

Core Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency in electrical engineering principles and design software for HT panels.
  • Problem-solving Skills to address complex engineering challenges effectively.
  • Attention to Detail ensuring accuracy in calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout projects.
  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements, industry standards, and technological advancements.
  • Project Management for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualification & Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Specialization or prior experience in high-tension (HT) panel design preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and electrical engineering tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations for HT panel design and manufacturing.

Other Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and practices in electrical engineering and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in supplier coordination and component sourcing is advantageous.
  • Software Knowledge required : Auto Cad & E-plan
