HSE Officer

As a full-time on-site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer in Chatra, your role will involve implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, performing safety inspections, delivering training sessions to employees, handling incident reporting and documentation, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs - Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Perform safety inspections and deliver training sessions to employees - Handle incident reporting and documentation - Promote a culture of safety within the organization Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health - Possession of Workplace Safety and NEBOSH certification - Strong understanding of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field - Prior experience in a similar role is a plus,
