Key Responsibilities: 1. EHS Technical Support Technical Data Collection Content & Concept Development for Training and Audit On-site auditing and training (depending on expertise) Technical review of animations and creatives (including safety campaigns) Technical Interviews of potential candidates Creating interesting concepts and interventions for important topics 2. Support in facilitation of training and site engagement Develop (ideate) various types of learning games and activities along with content, including but not limited to : Board games, card games, electrical circuit-based games. digital games (mobile, web, or simulation-based), group activities. Facilitate interactive EHS training sessions using games and activities on Client's site Continuously test and improve games/ activities based on participants' feedback.
