B.Tech

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies at site.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses.Coordinate with client representatives and subcontractors for safe work practices.Maintain all HSE documentation and reporting requirements.Promote a strong safety culture among site personnel.

 Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and legal requirements.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.Ability to train and mentor team members in safety practices.
