Job Description

Role: HSE Engineer

Qualification:

  1. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering from recognized university (Regular).
  2. Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS/ PDIS/ DIS) recognized from state technical board.
  3. Additional Certifications considered not limited: ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 Lead auditor, NEBOSH (IGC)

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 Years of HSE experience in EPC projects in Oil and Gas.


  1. Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE Management System and project specific HSE Plan.
  2. Carry out HSE inspection of Work Area, Work Method, Men, Machine & Materials, Plant & Machineries and other tools and tackles.
  3. Creating HSE awareness through Pep Talk.
  4. Conduct investigation of Incidents & recommend appropriate corrective measures.
  5. Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of Work Permit Systems.
  6. Inspection of PPE & ensure 100% usage of all required PPE.
  7. Report to HSEM on all matters pertaining to status of HSE and promotional programme at site level.
  8. Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction.
  9. Monitor administration of First Aid.
  10. Conduct Fire Drill, Procure, inspect, and arrange to maintain Fire Extinguishers.
