• Experience of supporting application in enterprise environment

• Managing requests from users and working with vendor on implementing them

• Deep technical knowledge to understand the impact of the changes vendor is implementing

• Configure and Qualify SaaS application in Client's environment following Client’s LQP ---This is a must

• Ability to do any CSV needed to do such configuration and qualification.

• Knowledge of applications in HSE space is added benefit.

• Experience developing app using PowerApps, some knowledge of basic IT things such as SharePoint, and ability to configure/support SaaS application working back with the vendor - help me to find the valid candidates for the role
