Job Description

As an HRIS Specialist focusing on Journeys and Security at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in supporting technical initiatives and projects related to Oracle HCM Journeys/Checklist Module, Oracle HCM personalizations/customizations, and Application Security. Your responsibilities will include supporting Journeys and HCM customization projects, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring timely resolution. You will also be involved in handling security tickets for Oracle HCM and iCIMS applications to ensure appropriate access provisioning. Your role will require a comprehensive understanding of technical concepts such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Alerts, BI Publisher, Oracle Application Security, and HCM Integrations. You will collaborate with project team members and technical developers, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Additionally, you will engage with business customers, HRIS Leads, Functional Stakeholders, and technical team members to deliver optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Support Oracle Cloud HCM Checklists/Journeys and Customization/Personalization initiatives - Provision roles to users in Oracle HCM and iCIMS Applications - Assist business users with security-related queries and escalations - Document requirements, fixes, and testing processes clearly - Manage enhancements or system changes in collaboration with HRIS staff - Conduct hands-on configuration for Journeys and Security - Coordinate with team and development resources for global processes and interfaces - Ensure technical deliverables moving to production are tested and approved - Collaborate with Managed Services Providers for HCM and ATS systems - Support resolution and escalation of daily production issues/tickets - Follow HRIS Governance processes for testing and approval of changes - Communicate technical changes and updates to stakeholders effectively - Participate in quarterly patching activities and UAT signoff - Review production issue fixes/enhancement requests and coordinate testing - Ensure appropriate and compliant security measures in place Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of related experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent project management and SDLC understanding - Strong quantitative and analytical abilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with resources and operations across Gallagher global locations and time zones, ensuring the smooth functioning of technical initiatives and projects.
