HRIS Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Talent Link, and PeopleSoft.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of HRIS strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement best practices for HRIS system usage, data integrity, and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Provide strategic recommendations for enhancements and upgrades to HRIS platforms based on industry trends and organizational needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS systems, providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in HRIS and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in HRIS management with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, TalentLink, or PeopleSoft SaaS and on-premise applications.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure strong collaboration with remotely located teams such as HRIS in Sofia, Bulgaria, HRIT in Prague etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
• Project management experience is a plus, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
