1. Plan and execute recruitment and onboarding for new hires. 2. Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records. 3. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and warning notices. 4. Conduct performance appraisals and maintain employee evaluations. 5. Handle employee grievances and ensure timely conflict resolution. 6. Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements. 7. Organize staff training, motivation, and welfare programs. 8. Prepare HR MIS and monthly reports for management review. 9. Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and company culture. 10. Assist management in HR strategy and policy implementation.
