Job Description As a member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring system compliance with FLSA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. You will also coordinate integrations between HRIS, finance, and benefits vendors, conduct system testing, provide user training, and offer post-go-live support. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining documentation and supporting ongoing system optimization. Key Responsibilities - Ensure system compliance with FLSA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. - Coordinate integrations between HRIS, finance, and benefits vendors. - Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. - Maintain documentation and support ongoing system optimization. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG, ADP, Dayforce, etc.). - Excellent data management, analytical, and communication skills.,
