Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Volume hiring/ bulk hiring majorly in BFSI/ NBFC insurance companies. 2. HR Operations: Oversee HR-related activities, such as employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 3. Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience, boost morale, and foster a positive work environment. Requirements: 1. MBA-HR/ Postgraduate in similar field 2. 5+ years of experience in HRBP or similar role 3. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking 4.
