Job Description

As an HRBP at Helpshift, a Keywords Technology company, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle, HR data, policy implementation, and employee experience. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: Helpshift, a Keywords Technology company, is a customer support and engagement platform that operates seamlessly across various digital platforms. Joining Keywords Studios in December 2022, Helpshift now offers end-to-end consumer engagement services including customer support, trust & safety moderation, community management, and VIP Engagement & Growth. Key Responsibilities: - Employee Lifecycle Management: - Oversee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and induction coordination - Ensure timely processing of confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities - Drive process consistency and compliance across all employee lifecycle activities - HR Data Management & HRIS: - Manage HRMS/HRIS platforms for up-to-date and accurate employee data - Generate, analyze, and present HR reports and dashboards - Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements, etc.) - Policy Implementation & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations - Assist in policy revisions, process documentation, and SOP updates - Employee Experience & Query Management: - Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and processes - Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience - Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs - HR Process Excellence: - Ensure high accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery standards across all HR operations Qualification Required: - Location: Pune (Yerwada) - Work from office: 5 days a week - Contract Role for 6 months (conversion basis performance) Additional Details: - Studio: Keywords Studios (Helpshift) - Location: Asia Pacific - Area of Work: People & Culture - Service: Player Engagement - Employment Type: Contract - Working Pattern: In Office Please note that by providing your information, you acknowledge that your data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Applicant Privacy Notice available at https://www.keywordsstudios.com/en/applicant-privacy-notice.
