Job Description

Role & responsibilities

.Business Partnering

Monitor and support for employee life cycle from Onboarding to Exit
Work on Feedbacks/Suggestions/Inputs from Leadership and various other connects
Extend Support to Business Units(Bus) for all their requirements from People and Culture perspective

HR Operations

Strong understanding of HR Analytics with expertise in creating reports, preparing HR presentations and HR MIS dashboards as required by management as per defined timelines.
Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities last mile delivery along with relevant stakeholders on Employee Life Cycle Self Service matters like reimbursement, exit queries , transfers, contract terms , payroll related queries etc.

Complete exit management including conducting exit interviews , support in exit clearance , preparation of F&F inputs for payroll and releasing F&F and relieving letters.
