Role & responsibilities

.Business Partnering

  • Monitor and support for employee life cycle from Onboarding to Exit
  • Work on Feedbacks/Suggestions/Inputs from Leadership and various other connects
  • Extend Support to Business Units(Bus) for all their requirements from People and Culture perspective

HR Operations

  • Strong understanding of HR Analytics with expertise in creating reports, preparing HR presentations and HR MIS dashboards as required by management as per defined timelines.
  • Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities last mile delivery along with relevant stakeholders on Employee Life Cycle Self Service matters like reimbursement, exit queries , transfers, contract terms , payroll related queries etc.

Complete exit management including conducting exit interviews , support in exit clearance , preparation of F&F inputs for payroll and releasing F&F and relieving letters.
