HRBP (Corporate Functions)

As an HRBP (Corporate Functions) at our client located in Bangalore, a D2C consumer food company, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. With 5-7 years of experience in HRBP or related roles, you will be responsible for various key functions including talent management, employee relations, learning & development, HR policy implementation, and change management. Your primary responsibility will be to strategically partner with business leaders to ensure that HR initiatives are in line with the company's goals and vision. You will oversee recruitment, performance management, and succession planning for corporate teams, focusing on fostering engagement and improving workplace culture. Additionally, you will be required to identify skill gaps, create development plans, and enhance employee performance through effective learning & development programs. As part of your role, you will ensure the consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws. Your strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations will be instrumental in maintaining a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns promptly.
