Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administration departments. This role involves managing employee records, recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide administrative support for disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related data.

Administration:

  • Oversee office management activities such as procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage administrative documentation, contracts, and renewals (e.g., leases, insurance, licenses).
  • Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets and petty cash.
  • Support management in policy development and implementation of administrative procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.
