HR Ventures & Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: You will be part of the HR Ventures & Acquisition team at Accenture, where you will collaborate with deal teams to create HR solutions for the integration of acquisitions. Your role will involve working closely with acquisitions HR Deal Leads, business sponsors, and acquired leadership to design and implement people programs and processes that support the integration of acquired businesses. You will have a high executive presence and will be responsible for assessing acquisitions, developing solutions, and engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure successful integration. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your knowledge across HR & People Programs to manage a variety of HR initiatives effectively. - Demonstrate strong analytics skills, including the ability to identify key trends from data insights using tools like Excel. - Operationalize total rewards programs, including compensation, equity, and benefits. - Deliver impactful presentations to team leadership using your strong PowerPoint skills. - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Lead project management activities and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders. - Identify, analyze, and manage risks, and develop solutions or escalate issues when necessary. - Understand HR systems such as HR ERP systems and Performance Management tools to support people processes. - Demonstrate financial exposure and commercial awareness to align People strategies with financial outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 7 to 11 years of experience in HR and Talent Management. - Proficiency in English (Domestic). - Strong understanding of HR tools and systems. - Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills. - Ability to manage complex projects and deliverables effectively. - Prior experience in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation. - Commercial acumen to align People strategies with financial goals.,
